Program Intern for Master of Environmental Policy ProgramDuke Kunshan UniversityJob DescriptionPosition Overview:Duke Kunshan University (DKU) seeks to appoint a Program Intern to support the international Master of Environmental Policy (iMEP) program. The Program Intern will provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students in iMEP. The Program Intern will also take part in and support a wide variety of activities that will promote DKU’s Environmental Program in China and internationally. The Program Intern is mainly responsible for the routine program activities, student services, and program logistics while the students are in China, and will contribute to the program’s efforts in marketing and recruiting qualified students to the program.Reports to:Program Assistant for Master of Environmental Policy ProgramEssential Duties:Assist with planning events and activities to promote the program.Manage program expense record and reimbursement through online finance system.Help with logistics support for iMEP events, including booking hotels, shuttles, getting reimbursement, etc.Support the admin team as needed.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Enrolled in a degree-granting educational institution (undergraduate and graduate students will be considerable).Self-motivated person who is adapted to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.Experience working with students is strongly preferred.Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
