职位描述

岗位职责： 1.Performs laboratory work, strictly follow safety SOPs and regulations; 执行实验室工作，严格遵守安全SOP等相关规定； 2.Write protocol, method, technical report, and SOP as appropriate; 编写方案、方法、技术报告和 SOP； 3.Conduct analytical method development and validation; 进行分析方法开发和验证； 4.Performs daily base instrument calibration, maintenance and trouble-shooting; 进行日常基础仪器的校准、维护和故障排除； 5.Prepare project progress report to supporting the communication meeting with client; 准备项目进度报告，以支持与客户的沟通会议； 6.Complete change control, variance and lab investigation; 完成变更控制、差异和实验室调查； 7.Prepare data packages and documentation; 准备数据包和文档； 8.Train other staffs as necessary; 根据需要培训其他员工； 9.Complete assigned task on time; 按时完成分配的任务；任职要求：药学、化学、生物学或相关领域的学士学位，并具有至少两年的相关药学分析经验。或药学、化学、生物学或相关领域的硕士学位，具有至少1年的相关药学分析经验。
