职位描述

Intern for Executive Education and Lifelong LearningPosition Overview:Assisting executive education deliver programs, including program marketing, high-profile event arrangement and administration tasks.Reports to:Manager of Executive Education and Lifelong LearningEssential Duties:Collaborating with the program manager to deliver the programs, including coordinating vendors to provide high-quality service and products, preparing logistics for the program, utilizing video editing tools to make short videos for the program, etc.Translating teaching materials and other documents.Assisting executive education make proposals for clients by using PPT.Other tasks assigned by the program manager.Required Qualifications:Undergraduate or graduate students, major in education, business administration, management and English is preferred.Student’s community leadership experience is highly preferred.Proficiency in PowerPoint.Good written and spoken English.A good team player with a strong interpersonal and positive personality.Able to work for at least 3 months. Being able to work longer is preferred.
